Lansum International Group (朗曦国际)
Founded in Shanghai in 2004, Lansum International Group has grown from an enterprise IT services provider
into an international technology and business solutions group with affiliated companies and teams across
the United States and China. Its international expansion began in 2010 with the establishment of its U.S.
operations in Los Angeles.
For more than two decades, Lansum has developed digital platforms, enterprise systems, e-commerce solutions,
and intelligent supply-chain infrastructure for leading organizations. Its clients include more than 30
Fortune 500 companies and other prominent organizations, among them Yum China, IBM, Nokia Siemens Networks,
Fuji Xerox, China Eastern Airlines, China Mobile, FAW, New Oriental, Hilton, and Wanda. Landmark projects
include more than a decade of technology services for Yum China's KFC and Pizza Hut brand websites, as well
as Intellisourcing, a procurement and supply-chain platform serving major hotel groups.
Innovation has always been central to Lansum's development. Established in September 2014, Lansum Technology
(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. collaborated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Xinjiang University on IoT research
and subsequently obtained multiple invention patents. This R&D foundation has supported Lansum's continued
expansion into artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing,
automation, and intelligent enterprise systems.
Since 2022, Lansum has further expanded its capabilities and international presence. Lansum SCM Corp was
established in the San Francisco Bay Area to provide automotive-parts supply-chain services, supported by
Lansum's warehousing solutions, for one of the world's leading electric vehicle companies. Lansum (Hefei) IT
Co., Ltd. was established in 2023 to expand the Group's development and service capacity. In 2024, LoongMax
Corp was established and subsequently integrated all operations of Lansum SCM Corp, becoming the Group's
primary supply-chain operating company in the United States.
In February 2026, Nexus Quadrant LLC was established in California to support Chinese companies entering and
operating in the U.S. market. In August 2026, Lansum's new products, iMaster and HomeOS, entered the final
pre-launch stage, marking the Group's next chapter in transforming decades of enterprise experience into
practical, AI-driven products and services.

Lansum company was officially established with the Chinese name of Deep Blue Information Consulting Co.,
Ltd. Shanghai. It serviced as one of IBM's outsourcing service providers.

Lansum became Fuji Xerox China's official website solution provider.
2005.2
Lansum cooperated with Intel providing management advices for the railway express service system.

Yum China granted the operation and management of her brand website group solely to Lansum after two years'
smooth cooperations.

Lansum set her new name as Lansum (Shanghai) Information Technology Co. Ltd. and expanded the registered
capital, establishing the company well in IT services business with the strategic objective of progressive
development of online services.

EDM, the independently developed marketing system, was published and favored by public because of its
superior overall performance to most competitors in the market and its powerful analytical tools. Lansum
became the solely designated EDM marketing provider for Yum China brand websites and Regalia Hotel Group.

The smooth operation and management over Yum China website group by Lamsum reached its third year mark with
visiting volume increasing more than 100 times. Lansum provided a prospect report to Yum China's branded web
sites, emphasized the importance of another upgrade expansion in order to cope with the future growth of
mass access, and proposed a highly scalable system architecture solution. Yum China adopted the proposal and
her branded web sites were updated smoothly in December 2006.

Lamsum became an solution provider for Nokia Siemens Network as well as providing mobile web business
solutions.
2008-2009
Lansum withstood the global financial crisis, continued adhering to high quality services under the
situation of shrinking business.

Nuts, an internet monitor and maintenance system, was finally kick-off after careful planning. This is
Lansum's first SAAS project.

Lansum was incorporated in Los Angeles, USA, a milestone for young Lansum going abroad for a wider world.
